My
name is Jerell Borman and I made the decision to become
a Realtor to provide detailed information to buyers and
sellers to help them make the transition from one home
to another as stress free as possible. How did I get here?
After serving in the military for 9 years, I decided to
move back home to Washington. During my move, my family
and I were looking for a home. As I went through the process
of searching for an agent, I was surprised and sadly disappointed
by the Realtors I dealt with. They didn't seem to understand
my needs and desires for my future home. Some even seemed
unhappy and uninterested. Like a mantra, I found myself
saying, over and over again, "I can do this better
and enjoy it." So, after spending all my spare time
in my search and finally finding my house . . . I told
myself that I never want to look at another home as long
as I live. From there, I found myself drawn into the business
of Real Estate. I want my clients to be happy and find
joy in their real estate transactions. So I suppose it
was natural fit that I chose this as my profession.
With the rapid advances in computer technology, buying
and selling homes have never been easier. I am offering
my clients the best of both worlds. I will provide the
best internet marketing plan available and outstanding
personal service. From virtual tours to the final walkthrough,
I will be there to counsel you every step of the way.
Additionally, I will explain unfamiliar legal and financial
terms, negotiate on your behalf, recommend competent home
inspectors, mortgage lenders, title companies, and answer
all of your questions. Although I can't guarantee a complete
trouble-free transaction every time, I can assure you
that I will work quickly to resolve any problems or complications
that might interfere with a successful closing.
