A sales representative will make an appointment to meet with you at your residence to get to know you and your family and to help you get to know us. A detailed inventory and written estimate including all charges will be prepared.

Our representative will also identify any items that need special handling and attention. Any special requests that you have will also be noted along with anything unique about your move. This information will prove very useful later when you schedule your move with us.

All of our professional sales staff has "hands on" experience and training in all phases of the moving process. They have also personally experienced moving their own family including buying & selling a home, mortgage qualification, home inspections and the like giving them special insight into the feelings and needs of our customers.

You will find our packers and drivers well dressed, courteous and dedicated. In many cases, the same team will handle every phase of your move.

The team will put down floor protection to protect your carpet and flooring, will install protectors for doorjambs and will carefully cover railings to minimize the potential for any damage to your home. All of your upholstered furniture will be shrink-wrapped in plastic and every piece of furniture will be carefully padded with spotless pads and covers. Because all of our trucks are well serviced and cleaned, you will also be pleased at the exceptional quality of the equipment assigned to your move.

Once your move is complete, our representative will call you to discuss our performance. Most of our customers are delighted with the way their move was handled, but if there has been any problem; our representative may be helpful in resolving the problem.

Finding ways to make our service even better means we constantly monitor. That's why we developed a performance questionnaire for our customers to rate our sales representatives, packers, and drivers.
