The history of Ace World Wide is the history of
a family-owned business. In 1946, a young teacher (John U. Steiner)
began moving family furniture locally in Rochester, Minnesota.
In 1947, he made his first interstate move, charging $200. Good
service attracted new business, and by 1956, his brother Fred
and sister Margaret had joined John in what was by that time a
full-time moving and storage business.
Today, privately owned Ace World Wide stretches from coast to
coast with multiple locations - and around the world with a powerful
network of overseas agents.
