What is your pet policy?
No dogs are accepted at any of our properties. Cats are allowed, there is a $200.00 non-refundable deposit.

Do I need an appointment to see an apartment?
No appointment is necessary. Just come in anytime during our office hours and an agent will be on hand to help you.

How does your application process work?
There is no security deposit! The prospective tenant will be required to fill out a Lease Application which is turned in with the first months rent. This then takes the unit off the market and it cannot be shown to anyone else. Once approved, there is a non-refundable move in fee which varies with apartment size ($200.00/studio, $250.00/one bedroom, $300.00/two bedroom and up). There is an additional $75.00 charge for credit check.

Is parking available?
Yes. We do offer parking in our lot on the corner of Clark and Deming. It is $185 per month and is a month-to-month lease. Our parking is only available to those who lease with us.
