The Service Includes:
A VHS tape documenting the contents on the inside and the exterior of your home. You will also receive digital images to supplement the video record. These high quality images record in greater detail all your collectible, antiques, jewelry, furs, furniture, cars, boats, etc.
Documentation of each item includes a description, serial and model numbers, cost and estimated or appraised replacement value.
Estimax Home Inventory will present you completed documentation in an attractive portfolio. Your digital images will be recorded permanently on a CD as well as in hard copy. Upon request, we will secure a backup copy for you and submit a copy to your insurance company or police department.

Do you have rental properties?Estimax also provides rental property inspections. We will go out to your properties periodically and inspect. We will create a detailed report along with digital images of you property for your records. The report will include exterior ( to include lawn maintenance), interior flooring, walls, light fixtures, appliances, and any other special conditions made by the owner, ie. no pets. We will also testify in landlord tenant disputes if required. Don't let deadbeat tenants destroy your properties, and leave you with the bill at the end of the lease. Estimax is headquartered in Decatur, Ga. Estimax was founded by Darrell Brown. Mr. Brown is certified as a Police Officer in Florida and Georgia, and has worked in both jurisdictions. He currently works with the Dekalb County Police Department as a Master Police Officer. He has extensive experience in Community Relations and Crime Prevention. While with the Pensacola Police Department, Pensacola, Fl., he worked with community groups, and gave classes in crime prevention such as neighborhood watch programs.
Mr. Brown has worked for Loomis Fargo Armored as a Vault Supervisor located in Atlanta, Georgia. He supervised the daily operations of the vault, and ensured all cash transactions were issued to and received from the vault in adherence to company policy.
Since living in Georgia, Mr. Brown obtained his registered appraisers license. He has worked as an independent contractor appraising homes in the Metro Atlanta area.
Mr. Brown also recently returned from Operation Iraqi Freedom as a member of the Georgia National Guard. He served as a Communications Sergeant for B Company 161st Area Support Medical Battalion. His duties were issue, control, all sensitive items, and maintain all communications equipment for the company.
